I have been a massage practitioner and a student of personal growth and wellness since the early 1980's. I have worked as a care-giver in group homes, schools and hospitals during these years.

I am trained in California relaxation massage, Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure™ and Muscle Balance and Function (developed by Geoff Gluckman) exercise programs. My goal is to provide relaxation and to help people find a balanced state of physical, mental and emotional well being.
